Katherine Jenkins opens the ashes

KATHERINE JENKINS was on red alert for the opening of the Ashes on the 9th July.

The Neath diva, who has just celebrated her 29th birthday, wore a knee-length scarlet jersey dress with a plunging neckline as she sang the Welsh national anthem before the first match between England and Australia.

She was also seen using the CrystalRoc Audio Technica microphone which was made for her up and coming tour in 2010.
